Please be reminded that the deadline to submit Form E (Employer’s Return) for the Year of Remuneration 2025 is 31 March 2026.

βœ”οΈ Don’t forget to include C.P.8D together with Form E
βœ”οΈ Avoid penalties by submitting on time

If Form E is not submitted on time, LHDN can impose serious penalties under the Income Tax Act 1967.

Fine: RM200 up to RM20,000
OR imprisonment: up to 6 months
OR both

This applies if the employer fails to furnish Form E without reasonable excuse.
