HTR Asia has developed the uLesen system for MBPP, which offers a seamless and convenient digital solution to simplify matters related to licensing. This innovative platform is designed to be accessible from any location and can be accessed via various types of devices, such as computers and smartphones. The uLesen system has been integrated with several government agencies and employs various cutting-edge technologies, including e-KYC (Know Your Customer), to ensure a zero-touch license application process. This approach has made enforcement much easier and more efficient, while ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed accurately and in a timely manner.
On 18 April 2023, HTR Asia's representative, including Chief Operating Officer, Mr Ahmed Zaki Shuhaimi, and key project team members, Project Manager, Mr Zaharuddin Md Ghazali and Solution Architect, Mr Arman Sani, were present at the launching ceremony for uLesen.
The uLesen system has been launched by Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang at Dewan Bandaran and was attended by YBhg. Dato' Ar. Yew Tung Seang, Mayor of MBPP, YBrs. Dato Ir. Rajendran a/l P. Anthony, City Secretary, Councilors and Head of Departments at MBPP.
