📍Kampua Mee Origin 干盘面的源来
Kampua is a dry noodle dish from Sibu, Sarawak. It is introduced by the early migrants that came from Fuzhou community in China and settled in Sibu.
干盘面乃是源于砂拉越诗巫地区福州社群的干面条。它是来自中国福州因早期移民而引入的 并定居在砂拉越诗巫。

什么原因选择干盘面?
During university life, still a student. Tried this kampua mee, very tasty and basically can eat it everyday. Whenever after the class, then we, a group of friends automatically will go to eat Kampua Mee. And we really enjoy eating this Kampua and have fun !
在大学时期 还是个学生 因为有机会尝试到正宗而美味的干盘面 经常放课后会约上一班好友们去打卡享用干盘面 并且当时身为大学生的我 能经常吃到这么美味的干盘面是幸福的。
After graduated for years, still missing the taste. Go back and eat again, then meet our Sifu and ask him to teach us how to cook this tasty Kampua Mee.
毕业多年后 还是会经常想念大学时期的所吃到的干盘面。直到一次偶然的机会 我遇见了当时的干盘面师傅 因喜爱吃干盘面的缘故 便正式的向师傅请教如何烹饪正宗的干盘面。

A tasty bowl of Kampua Mee consists of minced pork, char siew, spring onions, fried onion flakes and one bowl of soup.
一碗美味的干盘面包括有肉碎, 肥瘦相间的叉烧, 青葱, 香脆炸葱 与一碗汤

The ingredients include char siew, minced pork and even the fried onion flakes , all is handmade by us. About the fried onion, we peel it, grind it, fry it and keep it. All the process we make sure it is clean and hygiene so that all of us can enjoy the clean and tasty Kampua Mee.
从原材料包括有叉烧 肉碎 甚至是炸葱都是由我们手工制作的。炸洋葱部分 我们从去皮 研磨 煎炸到保存 这所有的过程 我们确保它是保持卫生且干净的 以便我们能享用到美味可口的干盘面。
