有没有人和我一样，觉得晚上「静静刷手机」就是「ME TIME」？

每天刷两个小看吃播看网红跳舞，结果隔天睡眠不足，全身又累又酸痛，后悔昨晚没节制地刷手机。
可是到了晚上，又有一道声音在耳边说 “今天刷个20分钟就好”，然后「一个不小心」又过了两个小时，的恶性循环…

后来我发现，在忙忙碌碌的一天里，我特别珍惜这【两个小时】。应该是因为在这两小时里我是一个人独处的，头脑里是放空了的，这时心情是平静的。 原来让我毫无抵抗力的就是这种放空的感觉啊～

于是，我利用瑜伽替代了一部分刷手机的时间。每当我侧躺在枕头和床上刷手机，不久便会开始肩颈酸痛，以前我会翻过去另一边继续躺但这一次我把手机放在地板上，盘腿坐在地板上双手合掌往上延伸知道感觉手肘贴近耳朵，脊椎往天花板的方向一节一节的延伸，每一个一呼一吸都让我感到肌肉筋骨的拉伸，这时的我心里是平静的。

以前我的深夜 Me Time 是刷手机，结果隔天全身酸痛；现在我的 Me Time 是【刷手机+双手合掌往上拉伸】，一举两得。

Thinking of what to cook for dinner already while sending kids to school 6.46am in the morning, beating the traffic.

Ask yourself a question: 'Do I feel rushed and stressed, or am I enjoying this moment?'

When you have a flexible career, cooking or cleaning isn't a rushed chore squeezed into the late night. Freedom means having the time to actually live your life, not just rush through it.

Wake up.
Get the kids ready.
