Property Market is Dead...
about 23,000 completed property di Malaysia tak terjual. However, just realised one thing
minggu lepas i attended a property seminar. i was blown away by all the facts. it's true that many properties were unsold. But if we compare to few years ago, unsold properties has reduced by more than 10,000 units
AND, year 2024 shows the highest property transaction value since ten years ago! about RM230 billion, an increase of 18% from previous year. means more peoples are buying
so based on the facts, we are now at RECOVERY phase of property investment cycle.
few years ago, we are on SLUMP phase where property price dropped. whoever bought few years ago, Congratulation! (menyesal tak beli banyak lagi..haha)
should we sell now? well mungkin harga dah naik but we believe that it can still go up in the next few years
should we buy now? i think it's still not too late. with the trade war, looks like property BOOM phase will be in the next few years. means price would still go up
so what do you guys think for this year — should we buy or sell? 🤔
