Job Responsibilities: -
•To provide daily general administration support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office and business operational activities.
•Undertake tasks receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
•To always maintain proper records of all documents.
•To assist in timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents.
•Liaises with mail/package with courier services.
•Document controller for site team which ensure all documents are compliance to telco standard and Company's requirement.
•Assist in monitoring workers attendance on daily basis.
•Monitoring and maintain site office environment.
•Update daily activities report to manager.
•Prepare and assist site manager to monitor weekly progress chart on work progress at site.
•Assist site team in preparing inspection form where necessary.
•Assist to draft minutes of site meeting as and when required. To execute any duties or tasks as and when required by the manager
•Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least SPM / “O” Level in any field.
•Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
•Accuracy, efficiency, well-organized and good time management skills.
•Self-motivated, flexible, responsible, independent, able to work as a team and multi-tasking.
•Good inter-personal and communication skills with positive attitude
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
