A gentle intervention within nature.

Minimizing site disturbance and preserving existing trees, the deck is delicately elevated—lightly touching the land while embracing the calm of surrounding waterways. Designed to work with the natural terrain rather than against it, the structure allows the landscape to breathe, retaining its original character and ecological integrity.

We are honoured to share that our company has been selected to participate in the Bumiputera Vendor Development Program by UEM Sunrise Berhad.

This two-years program is designed to support and strengthen Bumiputera vendors by enhancing capabilities and preparing businesses to grow within the broader development ecosystem. Nestled at the foothills of Desa Melawati and embraced by lush reserves, the landscape design celebrates serenity, exclusivity, and harmony with nature. The landscape design is inspired by the nearby rainforest reserve in Desa Melawati, featuring a layering planting approach that incorporates a rich tapestry of lush, native greenery. This design not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the development but also creates a tranquil living environment. It establishes the lush, immersive environment of a tropical rainforest, emphasizing biodiversity, vertical layering, and sensory engagement. The facilities like forest Playground and customized playhouse emphasize integrating natural and imaginative elements to create engaging, child-friendly spaces. Structures and play areas mimic elements found in nature such as treehouses, ladybird insects and fern shrubs. The small customized playscape is envisioned as an organic extension of the natural hillside rainforest, thoughtfully designed to harmonize with both the surrounding landscape and the architectural character of the building. By integrating the lush planting design and the natural elements of the rainforest, East 57 fosters a harmonious connection between residents and their surroundings, providing a serene retreat in the heart of the city.

'Kaleidoscope of Triagonal' in Ilham 2 Residence, Elmina is more than just a design language — it is a living framework that redefines multi-generational landscapes. Drawing inspiration from the dynamic repetition of triagonal forms, the concept transforms Elmina Grove into an interactive environment where every angle reveals new possibilities, experiences, and connection. The landscape unfolds as a series of triagonal patterns and pocket spaces, designed to break monotony and create moments of surprise. These repeated shapes create a sense of rhythm, order, and playfulness, symbolizing unity within diversity.

The landscape design celebrates inclusivity by weaving together spaces for different age groups. Children discover imaginative play zones, youth enjoy active courts and adventurous structures, while seniors find comfort in shaded gardens and reflective corners. The bold geometric customized play house blends modern architecture with family-friendly spaces, inviting kids to climb, slide, and explore. Pavilions with angular roof forms doubling as shading structures and social icon. These design features are curated not only to enhance daily experiences but also to create Insta-worthy backdrops, turning this space into a social and picture-sharing destination.
