There was a time I was convinced my company performance problem came from my staff.

Work moved slowly.
Instructions didnโ€™t stick.
The same issues kept coming back every week.

I reminded them.
I followed up.
I chased.

Still nothing really changed.
At one point, I seriously asked myself:

Then I joined the Staff KPI Setting for SME.
