4)Dapatkan Pengistiharan Jualan dan semak carian persendirian(Untuk highcourt case)
5)Kalau tak senang boleh diwakil
6)Bawa salinan-salinan butir diri anda dengam Bank Draft hadir lelongan
7)Berjaya : Akan diberi tempoh selama 90/120 hari untuk settle semua perkara
8)Tak berjaya : Bank draft akan dipulangkan
9)Boleh pinjaman

5)可以代表假如不方便出席拍卖
6)携带银行汇票出席拍卖会
7)中标者:90/120天的时间做fully settlement
8)不成功的投标者:银行汇票马上退还
9)得标者可安排银行贷款

Auction Procedure :
* Please take note that there is no inside viewing if auction properties
* Bidders are advised to do a self survey from outside
* Property is sold on a as is where is basis
Step by step guide for buying auction properties :
1) Inspect the auction property with the full address given. You may only view from outside
2) If you decide to bid for it, please provide full name, IC no and address for registration purpose
3) Obtain a copy of Proclamation of Sales and conduct land search on the subject property
4) Prepare deposit which is 10% of reserve price. Set a maximum budget for the bid
5) Representative needs to fill in a separate form
6) Attend the auction and participate in bid
7) For successful bidder, additional funds need to be paid to top up the difference between the earlier deposit and the 10% of the successful purchase price
For unsuccessful bidder, bank draft will be returned on the spot
9) Financing can be arranged after the bid
