Vacancy for Admin & Store Assistant (Based in Tatau, Bintulu)

Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and well-organised Admin & Store Assistant to support daily administrative duties and manage store inventory operations. The successful candidate will be involved in stock control, store system updates, stock take activities, and general office paperwork to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Store & Inventory Management
- Handle store inventory, including receiving, issuing, and recording stock movement
- Update and maintain stock records in the store system accurately
- Conduct regular stock take and assist in reconciliation of physical stock vs system records
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and housekeeping of store items
- Report low stock levels, discrepancies, or damaged items to management

2. Administrative Duties
- Perform general administrative paperwork such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Prepare basic reports related to inventory and store records
- Assist with purchase requisitions, delivery orders, and invoices when required
- Support other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Pass in Mathematics
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer systems
- Basic knowledge or experience in store inventory or stock system is an advantage
- Able to perform stock take and handle numbers accurately
- Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and follow instructions

Working Environment
- Office and store-based role
- Suitable for entry-level candidates with willingness to learn
