Account Cum Admin Clerk

Location : Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang.
Working Hours:
Mon - Fri
Job Requirement :
1. Responsible to issue out invoice to client
2. Responsible to correspondence and follow up outstanding payment. Remind client for payment purpose.
3. Administer Office utilities eg: Telephone TNB, PBA bills & etc.
4. Prepare Payment voucher every month and do Bank balance.
5. Responsible to do company financial report on monthly basis.
6. Answering general queries by telephone, email or in person.
7. Photocopying documents. Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files.
8. To perform general administration duty as necessary.
9. Possess own transport (car)
