Responsibilities
- Assist in achieving marketing objectives by actively participating in developing and implementing detailed marketing concepts, plans and strategies based on market trends, competitors and sales department’s information, and customers’ requests with ultimate goal of maximizing business growth.
- Assist in planning and developing promotional materials and liaise with advertising agencies for the production of such materials.
- Assist in making, managing and updating company social media.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness marketing activities and provide feedback to management for improvement.
- Assist in preparing monthly report, and presentation materials for meeting when need arises.
- Assist in organizing monthly meeting with regional sales representative.
- Other ad-hoc activities: preparing quotation, and etc.
- Agent recruiting efforts, both cold and warm
- Conduct training as and when it is necessary to ensure team of agents are well equipped
- Contact potential agents to communicate the benefits of joining our team; articulate value proposition, and compensation plans when appropriate
- Use multiple sourcing tools to target agents to contact as well as build and manage candidate pipeline
- Pre-interview over phone and/or in person to qualify candidates
Strategically partner with Management to recruit, schedule appointments, interview and provide candidate information. Offer input into hiring candidates and making at times hiring decisions.
Requirement
- Candidates must possess at least diploma in marketing or business field.
- Preferably junior executive in marketing/business development or equivalent with digital and e-marketing communication and social media updates.
- At least 3 years of working experience. New products designing and launches experience is advantage.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written), fluent in Mandarin is preferred.
Required skills: Microsoft Office(Word,Excel,PPT) Photoshop, Marketing
- Proven experience working as a recruiter of hardcore sales people (insurance, real estate, MLM), or independent contractors within the gig economy such as Grab Drivers, FoodPanda riders, or, proven have experience doing B2C hardcore sales and wish to become a recruiter/trainer
- Have immediate access to Facebook community groups and networks that has outreach to potential agents
- Willingness to hustle, be resourceful and do more with less
- Excellent multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in written and spoken chinese and English
