Successfully completed Day 1 of our Complaints Governance & Oversight Excellence program for Operations Managers & Supervisors and what an engaging and meaningful session it was.

It was truly impressive to witness the professionalism, energy, and strong participation from the team throughout the training. The participants were highly immersed in the discussions, activities, and case studies, actively identifying real operational gaps and governance challenges within their own work environments.

This marks our first training collaboration with Teleperformance Malaysia together with our CX Trainer, Sreeratha G., who brings over 20 years of industry leadership in Customer Experience with deep expertise in customer feedback and complaints management.

Her extensive background enabled her to design content, practical case studies, and interactive activities that were not only thoughtfully structured but also directly connected to real workplace scenarios. All while maintaining a balanced, engaging, and enjoyable learning environment.

A special thank you to Head of Operations Prashand Raj for the trust and opportunity to collaborate with us on this initiative.

Attending the recent Women in Business session by the Malaysia Australia Business Council (MABC), held at . It was truly a meaningful experience, especially seeing how the theme “Campus to Corporate” came to life through real, honest conversations.

What resonated with me most were a few simple, yet powerful reflections:

🔹 Mentorship is no longer one-size-fits-all
Different generations bring different perspectives, expectations, and ways of learning. Effective mentorship today requires adaptability, empathy, and understanding across these differences.

🔹 Networking is learning
It’s not just about exchanging business cards; it’s about exchanging ideas.

When we approach conversations with openness, and with the mindset that “no idea is too small or too special”, we create space for real connection and learning.

Interestingly, this also shifts something internally:

Even for those of us who are more introverted (like myself), meaningful conversations become easier when the focus moves from “what should I say” to “what can I learn and share”.

A great reminder that growth doesn’t only happen in structured settings, it also happens in conversations, perspectives, and the people we meet along the way.

“Give to Gain” - by contributing first, we naturally gain insights, trust, and opportunities in return.

It was incredibly inspiring and motivating to hear such meaningful insights from women leaders of diverse backgrounds and experiences. Thank you to all the amazing ladies Robyn Dittrich GAICD, Adeeba Kamarulzaman, Natalie Loi and Norlida (Oli) Azmi (Moderator) for such a powerful and enriching panel session.

I only wished the session had been longer, it felt like there was so much more we could have explored. 🥰
