This Intern will be primarily responsible for the day-to day liaison with DEX’s internal team for the ex*****on of tasks for our Malaysia clientele & Regional task traffic - this includes managing ongoing client retainer/project needs such as social media, creative, reporting, digital media buys, web development and liaising with our partners and vendors who oversee related aspects of services rendered.

1. Understand briefs and break down into tasks for further collaboration with fellow team mates in delivering the client’s requirements.

2. Manage timelines of task deliverables with the internal team to ensure that client’s deadline are met promptly and meeting outlined expectations from the brief.

3. Maintain and foster good working relationship with DEX’s partners and vendors.

4. Liaise with one (1) client and ensure that timelines set with client are realistic for internal team ex*****on.

"The thing about digital marketing is you need to be very focused on your objectives. So if you are running a sales campaign and you want people to go to your e-commerce website to make a purchase, then our approach would be to create content that gets people to click "Buy Now" and go to the website. But if you're creating a viral video, it doesn't make sense because you're getting people to view and share but not to buy the product from your website."
