Job Description: Junior Executive in Sales (E-commerce) cm Logistics (Full-time)
Location: Port Klang
Duties / responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of retail sales on the company website and Shopee platform, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
* Maintain / make changes to product listings on both platforms IF REQUIRED.
* Monitor inventory levels and obtain sales report for marketing team.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing
initiatives to support sales objectives. Such as introduction of new campaigns, shipping terms on Shopee, etc.
* Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback in a timely and professional manner to maintain positive customer relationships.
* Plan and manage logistics operation liaising with customers, forwarding agent, government ( MITI, Malaysia Chamber, Custom, etc)
* Manage all inbound and outbound shipments for any mode of transport/ shipment or self collection
* Liaise with production team on finished goods with accurate consignment note received
*Ensure the forwarding agent update the Custom Clearance with approved SMK accurately in system for container shipment
* Responsible for proper filling and documentation in order to comply with audit requirement
Requirements:
* One year working experience
* Familiarity with logistics & sales, e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, website tools, eyc.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Passion for e-commerce and staying updated on industry trends and developments.
* Experience in logistic preferably
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday – 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
(a) Lunch – 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm
Salary range:
RM2500 - RM3500 based on working experience
