Our principal consultant, Mr. Thomas Yap is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (C.I.L.A.) of the U.K. and member of the Federation European Loss Adjusting Experts with more than 30 years of experience in loss adjusting.
From his years of hands-on experience, he recognises a major contributing factor on delay in insurance claims settlement is the lack of professional advice to claimants, in particular major/complex property and business interruption insurance claims. It is our aim to take the service available to the public that includes Corporate and Individual claimants.
