Kami telah mengesan satu insiden kabel putus yang mengakibatkan ganguan sambungan kepada sebahagian pelanggan unifi di sekitar kawasan Bukit Anggerik dan Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.
Pasukan teknikal kami telah pun berada di lokasi kejadian dan sedang berusaha membaiki kerosakan kabel secepat mungkin. Punca kejadian kabel putus ini disebabkan oleh kerja-kerja pembinaan.
Oleh sebab kerumitan aktiviti penyambungan semula, kerja baik pulih kabel akan mengambil sedikit masa sebelum semua perkhidmatan yang terjejas akan dapat dipulihkan.
Sebarang perkembangan dan maklumat terkini akan kami maklumkan.

We have detected a cable cut incident affecting some unifi subscribers in Bukit Anggerik and Cheras area in Kuala Lumpur.
Our technical team is already on location and repairs are already underway. The cause of the cable cut is believed due to the construction works.
Due to the complexity of the connectivity, it will take some time until all affected services will be restored but be assured that our technical team is working around the clock to get everything back to normal as quickly as we can.
We will provide updates as and when they are available.
