Job Title: Admin and Accounts Assistant
Location: Petaling Jaya, Damansara Perdana – Full-time office-based role (Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm)
Salary: RM2,200 – RM2,500 per month
About the Role
This Admin role is ideal for someone who is organised, responsible, and eager to learn in an SME environment.
Job Scope / Key Responsibilities:
Assist team with preparing documentation, filing, such as payment vouchers, receipts, and others for accounting purposes.
Handle data entry, scanning, printing, and updating records.
Liaise with team to collect documents, information and billing when needed.
Ensure documents are properly organised for deadlines and submissions.
Support general office administration, and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia; basic Mandarin is an advantage.
Experience in the field is an added advantage.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to multitask and manage deadlines.
