- Prepare delivery orders for deliveries
- Inspect prepared delivery batches for correct delivery
- Liase with suppliers for stock purchase
- Receive goods for warehouse
- Assist in stock take
- Record purchasing invoices into the system
- Other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time

Requirement:
- Min SPM/Diploma
- Highly driven and able to work independently
- Disciplined, and organized
- Able to manage and work in a team

• Provide confidential and secretarial duties to the Director of the company
• Handling private & personal matters of the Director
• Acting as the point of contact between the Director and internal or external stakeholders, on various projects and tasks.
• Handling correspondence directed to the Director, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the Director/or on behalf of Director, or other staff as appropriate.
• Preparation and submission of business proposals for prospective projects of the Company
• Maintaining the company’s Company Profile – updating to include latest projects, employees etc. as and when necessary
• Provide high level administrative, secretarial and business support to the Director to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently
• Manage professional and personal scheduling for Director, including agendas, mail, email, calls, client management, and her company logistics.
• Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries, including travel and logistic arrangement e.g. visa application, flight and hotel reservations, arrange and coordinate business schedule/ events and social functions.
• Organising meetings, follow director to attend meetings and taking dictation and minutes of meeting subsequently
• Maintain the filing system and contact database.
• Assist Director in researching and following up with the action on matters which fall within the Director’s responsibility - chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.
• Producing reports and presentations.
• Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.
• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all information and materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.
• Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite.
• Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.

Requirement:
1. Diploma in accounting or related fields
2. Knowledge in accounting or book keeping is an added advantage
3. Proficient command of english language
4. Independent and highly motivated

Requirements
- Min SPM / Diploma or equivalent in related field
- Good command of spoken and written English and BM.
- Being able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Have good communication skill and coordination skill.
- You must have your own transport.
- Basic handling of full set accounts
- Able to review financial statements

Responsibility
- Able to review financial statements and provide a analysis of the datas
- Filing and keying in of financial records
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Prepare staff payroll
- Prepare payment and records of payment receipts
- Closing of monthly account and preparation of accompanying report to the company management
- Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
