Description :The size of the condominium was informed by the long & narrow site. The unit was lay horizontally to allow wider frontage and encourage cross ventillation while giving more view exposure from each unit. Besides that, the opening in each unit placed strategically to invite more ventilation. Patio in condo unit to encourage semi outdoor living for the residents. A double volume corridor that would bring in more daylight & cross ventilation to each level.Meanwhile, glass chimney encourage hot air escape from the building & draw in cold air. Planter box that linked from unit to car park level create a green valley from elevation view. The effort of the earth berm step designed as part of the frontage to minimize the appearance of car park level to the public. Screening & hanging potted tree was added to screen off the sunlight from east & west. Thus, a breathable building was formed.

This 4-storey building hosts a company headquarters and a warehouse. The perforated skin allows daylight in to reduce artificial lighting, minimizes heat gain and air conditioning in internal areas, and provide internal and external visual linkage. At night, the skin produces a lantern effect when the lights are switched on.

A housing development project in Puchong, Selangor. The facade of these terrace houses are all linked with one huge overburnt brickwall, complimented with a pair of pitch roof and carporch roof to create an illusion of semi-detached houses.

As the building's facade is facing east/west, a double volume car porch is designed to provide shading for ground and 1st floor. The front screening acts as a feature element while also providing privacy to the 1st floor internal area.

The patio at ground floor extends the space of the living room to the outdoors and is defined by the low wall, which also acts as a visual and physical protection from vehicles. A courtyard is designed for the first floor to promote cross-ventilation in the house.
