If your house is in a flood prone area, take precautionary measures.

• Turn off the main switch before you move to an evacuation center;
• Do not approach or touch any snapped electrical wires as they may still conduct electricity;
• Keep an eye on your children;
• Stay away from areas where the water level rises and reaches a high or low voltage wire in order to avoid the possibility of getting an electric shock;
• Avoid areas with power lines, especially at night as the level of visibility is poor so as not to touch the lines and do not occasionally use stairs or poles near the power lines;
• Call TNB Careline 15454 as soon as the water level rises so that electricity supply can be cut off immediately in the affected areas.

• Elakkan kawasan yang mempunyai talian elektrik, terutamanya pada waktu malam kerana tahap penglihatan kurang baik supaya tidak tersentuh talian elektrik serta tidak sesekali menggunakan
tangga atau galah berhampiran dengan talian elektrik;
• Hubungi TNB Careline 15454 sebaik paras air meningkat supaya bekalan elektrik boleh diputuskan segera di kawasan terlibat.
