Wedding Thingy Terms & Condition

Bookings and Orders

• Order is subject to stock availability. Kindly allow us 1-2 days to confirm availability. i.e.

Notwithstanding, all bookings must be made at least one (1) month before date of event.
• To cater to your theme and concept, we would be happy to personalize the tags and/or labels according to your wishes. However, please note that we allow one (1) time design alteration only.
• Eyes can be deceiving. Actual colour depends on your monitor setting. Please also refer to product details as stated

in the blog. size, height etc.
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• All goods sold are final, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Payment

• A 50% deposit must be made upon confirmation of order whilst remaining 50% balance shall be paid one (1) day before the event.
• All payment are to be made to our Maybank account via deposit at ATM/online transfer. All orders will only be processed upon receipt of the 50% deposit.
• We will not refund for any cancellation. Delivery & Charges

• Delivery is FOC for Shah Alam and Damansara. A minimum transportation charge applies for other areas outside Klang Valley.
• We do accept bookings for customers outside Klang Valley (including for candy buffet). Nonetheless, transportation cost will be added accordingly.
• For door gifts, we will send you the tracking number once we have posted your goods (via Poslaju). Please note that customer shall bear the cost of delivering the goods and the risk of any losses or damages which may occur during the transportation of such goods.
• For postal delivery, customer shall ensure that all terms imposed by Poslaju be adhered to including for the addressee to have someone during delivery time or else customer needs to collect the goods at the nearest Poslaju office in such area.
• Shipping or postage fees are not included. There will be charges of shipping fees depending on weight of the item and location of addressee (usually minimal). Queries/Quotations
