Certification Programs in NLP, Hypnotherapy & Time Line Therapy Training program held in-house at client’s premises, 50% of non refundable deposit will be invoiced upon confirmation and acceptance of the proposa
l and balance must be paid in full within 3 days upon completion of the program.
2. In the event of cancellation of the program by the client, any work conducted prior to the program in regards to the content will be billed in full.
3. In the event of a program requiring rescheduling due to trainer illness or unavailability, the confirmation deposit will be refunded in full, or alternatively rescheduled to a mutually acceptable date.
4. Registration of program is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
2. For cancellation after registration, an admin fees of 20% of the course fee applies (which will not be refunded), remaining amount will be refunded, using the same means of payment. Request for cancellation must be made in writing to [email protected] at least 3 working days before the program start. The reimbursement will be made within 14 working days upon receipt of the written cancellation notice.
3. There will be no refund if the cancellation is made in less than 3 working days prior to the program date.
4. For those who unable to attend the program, a replacement of candidate or transfer to the next session is allowed. A written request for a replacement or transfer must be submitted to [email protected] at least 5 working days before the program.
5. Non-attendance or withdrawal on or after the program date will incur a full program fee.
6. To ensure the quality and the value of the program, the class size of each session is limited, we strongly advise you to register early to avoid disappointment.
7. Outstanding Performance Sdn Bhd (OPSB) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the program if the number of participants not meeting the minimum requirement, under such circumstances, OPSB will either offer a full refund or arrange for an alternative date.
