This can help to ensure that newly arrived workers are aware of company's rules & policies, and an introduction to Malaysia's culture & customs.

Title: Operation Assistant Manager
⏱: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

🖊Job Descriptions:-
👷‍♂️Workers Management:
1) To be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the foreign workers matters.

2) Take charge of worker's deployment & monitor their attendance.

3) Manage worker's discipline & welfare & provide counselling whenever necessary.

4) Engage with workers frequently & maintain a good relationship with them.

5) To provide briefing of company's rules & regulations to workers.

6) Other ad hoc tasks when required.

🏬Hostel & Transportation Management:
1) To be responsible for the day-to-day worker's hostel & transportation matters.

2) Ensure workers obey to hostel's rules & regulations as per company's policies.

3) Ensure hostels & vehicles undergo routine inspection & abide to government's rules & regulations.

4) Upkeep the hostels & transports & ensure the records & documentations are well kept and filled.

5) Assist in audit matters from clients when required.

6) Other ad hoc duties when assigned.

💻Requirements:
1) Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.

2) Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required.

3) Possess leadership qualities & good management skills.

4) Able to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
