Antara site yang paling mencabar kami pernah hadap. 3 minggu kami back and forth ke SugarBomb, sampai bercamping di office Ini ke lewat malam. Mangsa buli kami adalah Raz Man, nasib tak jumpa jembalang. 🤣
Sebelum kami, berapa ramai kontraktor/SI dah datang dan betulkan, namun tetap kecundang. Berpuluh ribu habis. Tapi bila masalah tak selesai selesai, lama lama mereka ghaib sendiri. (Tuan Azhari izinkan kami untuk cerita saja di sosial media perjalanan dia dan berapa puluh ribu dah habis nak baiki network di ofis nya).
Di RUCK-Fi, kami akan berikan opsyen untuk customer kami, 1. Kalau tak puas hati, kami pulangkan duit semula.
2. Atau, kita boleh kerjasama untuk cari lagi punca dan sama sama selesaikan.
Di sugarbomb HQ ini sudah banyak tangan yang datang dan cuba "bantu". Sudah banyak setting dan banyak cable dan sebagainya di tarik dan bersambung ke seluruh office. Dengan IP conflict nya, dengan hidden switch nya, memang banyak sungguh isu nya.
Agak sukar buat kami untuk baiki perkara perkara atas tangan orang lain dan secara magis cantik dalam sekelip mata.
Jadi terima kasih kepada Tuan Ahmad Azhari yang sudi berikan kami masa untuk diagnosed sedalam nya dan cari titik punca.

Alhamdulillah. Selepas pulun seharian semalam, team pun terpaksa berpecah ke sana sini untuk beberapa sites, given all we got yesterday, semuanya ad-hoc, selesai kerja sehingga ke lewat malam dan menjadi asbab rezeki yang lebih besar.
Hari ini selesai kritikal kritikal enquiry dan dapat digunakan dengan baik. Alhamdulillah.
Hotel butik di Bangsar ini menjadi tempat sambutan hari jadi Tun Siti Hasmah dengan ladies friends nya untuk yang ke 100 tahun.
Selain menaik taraf secara segera WiFi di ruangan bilik majlis mereka, kami juga di pertanggung jawab kan untuk menaik taraf seluruh bangunan hotel butik ini.

When you are named the official Technology partner for a major international event like the World Trading Tournament, standing next to big global brands, you know the stakes are high. This event brought in over 100+ top competitors from Turkey, Dubai, Taiwan, and all over the world to compete in both Solo and Team matches for a huge RM180,000 prize pool.
With a setup this big, the pressure on us was real. We only had a couple of hours before the event started to get everything ready. Our crew moved fast on the ground doing heavy cabling work, running direct Wi-Fi lines through LAN cables straight into the broadcast consoles and a 20 PC arena. Every single cable had to be perfect, because even a split second lag could cost someone the championship.
Between the important matches, the live global broadcast, and everything happening at the venue all at once, there was zero room for error. But our setup held up perfectly. Everything went incredibly well on our side, not a single line dropped, and the connection stayed solid the entire time.
The sweetest moment came during the Team Finals. The crowd went crazy when the final match was won by a team representing Malaysia named Abdul Wahub!
Watching our local boys lift that trophy in front of an international crowd was unforgettable. Honestly, it felt like a massive win for the RUCK-Fi crew too. Seeing them celebrate without a single technical issue, knowing our Wi-Fi held up under intense pressure during the most critical moments, was the best reward we could ask for.
Knowing our work kept the event running smoothly is exactly why we do this. Huge congratulations to the champions, and a big thank you to the World Trading Tournament team for trusting us with the Wi-Fi for this massive event!

"WTF, THIS IS INSANE! Chef Kecik actually managed to open here!"
That was my exact reaction when I found out Chef Kecik had opened his café at LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre.
At that time, I think many entrepreneurs felt the same sense of admiration. One of our own Malays, a true Kampung Boy, managed to open a café at such a historic location.
What made it even more incredible was that the old gate of Pudu Prison itself became the entrance to their café.
That completely blew my mind, guys. Massive respect. Even today, I still think that was an absolutely crazy achievement for our entrepreneurs.
I once brought my wife there for a meal. In fact, that was the very first time we ate at Chef Kecik. It was really good!
By the way, when we first received an enquiry to solve their issues at Chef Kecik Semenyih, wallahi, that alone was already exciting enough for us.
As it turned out, their network problems were not limited to just one café. The same issues were also happening at their cafés in Se.Duduk Kajang and LaLaport.
All three locations had their networks managed by different people. Not the same vendor. We were genuinely puzzled. How could all three locations, handled by three different vendors, still be unable to solve the same issue?
Well, perhaps it was simply rezeki for RUCK-Fi. Alhamdulillah.
Of course, Chef Kecik didn't hire us to handle all their cafés at once. Trust needs to be built. Hence why we moved from one café to another over a period of time.
Once they became confident that we could solve their issues once and for all, only then did they entrust us with their biggest branch, the one at LaLaport.
With such heavy customer traffic, they simply could not afford to deal with minor network issues disrupting their operations.
It happened quite often that orders placed by customers were not captured by the system. Customers would wait and wait, yet their food never arrived. I'll let you imagine what happened next.
That wasn't the only problem. Many of their applications were also experiencing disconnections from the network.
For your information, the setup at the LaLaport café was not an ordinary setup. They were already using advanced networking equipment from reputable brands. Yet it still failed to provide a satisfactory experience for Chef Kecik's operations.
From 3 access points being used previously, with just 2 of our access points and our configuration, Alhamdulillah, all the issues they had been facing for so long were resolved immediately.
"Why didn't we find you guys earlier? This has been happening for a long time. It has happened so many times, and we've been getting complaints from customers because of it." . Honestly, we didn't know how to react. We could only sympathise.

But to us, it tells a thousand stories.

Our customer this time is a doctor living in a two-storey bungalow.

Over the years, he had installed a total of seven routers and mesh units in an attempt to achieve strong and reliable Wi-Fi coverage throughout his home.

Despite subscribing to his ISP's mesh package for more than two years, along with purchasing an additional 2 + 2 white mesh units on his own initiative, the Wi-Fi issues in his home remained unresolved. Yesterday, our intern spent the whole day getting “bullied” by us into terminating multiple CAT 6 cables and tidying up our mini rack setup.
From not knowing how to terminate an RJ45 connector, to almost throwing up from doing it repeatedly all day long. 😂 If this kind of work isn’t done properly, the cable can easily come loose, won’t last long, and the data readings won’t be good either.
Your Wi-Fi performance can also be affected if the cable termination is poorly done.
We’ve come across many cases where the issue wasn’t anything major — it was simply messy or badly done cabling. That’s why training like this is something we take seriously for our interns.
Another thing — we’re currently refining our RUCK-Fi prototype, the “RUCK-Rack”. If you had this rack at home to neatly organize your router, switch, and modem, would it look nice?
