Vacancy - Immediate: Customer Service - Technical Support
Based in Cyberjaya, Full-time (On Shift)
Responsibilities :
· Engage with customers on their inquiries and concerns via live chat/email/telephone
· Troubleshoot & resolve customer complaints effectively
· Escalate problems accurately to relevant internal parties, and follow up on pending tickets/cases
· Coordinate with customer service/support team and other departments to resolve issues
· Prepare daily/periodic log of calls and status report timely and accurately
