Ke dua-dua channels ini hendaklah di titik beratkan mengikut kemampuan. Tick apa yang sudah di buat dan apa yang belum.

1. Kepercayaan - Letakkan alamat, no tel anda di 'home' page dan 'about us' page. Gunakan content marketing untuk membuktikan kepada pelanggan anda adalah pakar dalam bidang tersebut
