EBIC AMETEC was formed with the belief and understanding that in order for the Nation to achieve the objective of the Aviation Industry Blue print (2015-2030) which set a target of 5% global market share for MRO and to be No. 1 in South East Asia in aero-manufacturing will require more than 23,000 trained personnel in the field of aviation maintenance and repairs in the next five (5) years. The in

volvement of private sectors in this new initiative will fast tract the government in providing the necessary trained personnel in this sector.
