PALLET ADMINISTRATOR

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To manage and optimise the administration, control, and reconciliation of pallet movements across depots, customers, and retail networks, ensuring high levels of inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with vehicle licencing and related regulatory requirements.

KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and compile accurate daily pallet movement reports across all depots and pallet codes.
• Reconcile pallet quantities against movement records and system transactions to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Process and control transfers of empty pallets between depots.
• Record and process empty pallets received at pallet stores in a timely manner.
• Monitor, reconcile, and report pallet balances at customer locations.
