As KingCup Group Holding (Namibia) Limited enters its 10th year of existence, we are proud of the journey we have undertaken and the milestones we have achieved. In light of the current economic conditions and other influencing factors, the Group will implement strategic restructuring to better position our businesses for sustainable growth and long-term impact.
For the 2025 financial year, KingCup Group Holding will continue its operations through the following core subsidiaries:
KingCup Divisional Investment
KingCup Business and Tax Solutions
KingCup Environmental Projects
Please be informed that KingCup Motors will temporarily suspend operations and is scheduled to resume in August 2025 as a fully stocked auto dealership, offering an enhanced customer experience. Additionally, KingCup Education Group will remain suspended until the conclusion of its accreditation process.
These changes are part of a broader effort to refocus our resources, optimize efficiency, and deepen the value we provide to our clients. Our 10-year anniversary is not only a time for reflection but a strategic moment to reinforce our commitment to excellence, innovation, and client-centered service delivery.
