STORE CONTROLLER
Manage, control and maintain the operational requirements of allocated commercial stores.
Responsibilities:
1. Merchandising, Ordering and follow-up of stock.
Ensure that adequate stock is is kept in stores.
Responsible for the ordering and follow up of stock.
Check and merchandising of stock received.
Ensure that all products listed are within applicable stores.
Conduct returns when necessary.
Replan Carlton cabinets when applicable.
Evaluate and analyze allocated stores monthly sales and growth in accordance with S. A. G procedures.
2. Maintenance of fixtures and display units.
Fixtures and displays units to be dusted and wiped regularly.
Fixture requirements to be ordered.
Display units to be displayed.
3. Liaising with internal and external customers.
Negotiate additional space with buyer/floor manager.
Assist allocated stores in their annual stock take when required.
Advise line manager of matters concerning the operational issues and general correspondence.
Requirements:
Drivers license.
Relevant knowledge, ability and skills.
Education/Experience
Matric or equivalent.
1 year experience.
Negotiation skills.
Merchandising knowledge.
