*Nobody Builds Wealth Without Leverage*

Building wealth requires you to work smarter rather than harder by applying the following principles of leverage:

*Financial Leverage:* Other people’s money so that you are not limited by your own pocketbook.

*Time Leverage*: Other people’s time so that you are not limited to 24 hours in a day.

*Systems and Technology Leverage* : Other people’s systems and technology so that you can get more done with less effort.

*Marketing Leverage*: Other people’s magazines, newsletters, radio shows, and databases so that you can communicate to millions with no more effort than is required to communicate one-to-one.

*Network Leverage*: Other people’s resources and connections so that you can expand beyond your own.

*Knowledge Leverage*: Other people’s talents, expertise, and experience so that you can utilize greater knowledge than you will ever possess.

Leverage is the principle that separates those who successfully attain wealth from those who don’t. It’s just that simple.

*LAWS OF FINANCE*
There are 2 types of Laws of finance:
1} LAW OF POVERTY.
2} LAW OF WEALTH.

*1} LAW OF POVERTY:* This law states that work alone or work under someone and remain poor for the rest of your life. 95% of people in the world are living under this law. The people under this law make use of their credentials, they have ego, they seek for job, they have someone called boss, they receive salary which is fixed amount.

*S.A.L.A.R.Y*
S= Small
A= Amount
L= Limiting
A= And
R= Restricting
Y= You

These people are called the working class. They always look for job.

*J.O.B*
J= Just
O= Over
B= Broke

*2} LAW OF WEALTH:* This law states that work with a team or group of people and remain wealthy forever, it is just 5% of people in the world that are living under this law. The people under this law make use of their potentials, and they are called the thinking class, they think of what to offer to the society and in turn make money. These people they earn their money which is income and it is not a fixed amount. These people are called the thinking class.

_The difference between these laws is that the people under the_ *LAW OF POVERTY* _don't make use of opportunity.. why those under the_ *LAW OF WEALTH* _make use of any opportunity that comes their way. The wealthy ones make use of *ID Number* and also *Partnership,* they have what is called big dreams but the poor don't have._

*The Federal Ministry of Education has presented a detailed proposal on its plan to reopen schools across the country to the National Assembly. The Minister of State for Education, Mr Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba, stated this on Tuesday when he appeared before the Senate Committee on Basic and Secondary Education.*




*Nwajiuba however refused to give details of the proposal, saying some people would misconstrue it as the ministry’s guidelines for schools reopening.*

*FG Submits Proposal For School reopening to the National Assembly*
*According to him, children are asymptomatic carriers. Nobody can prove whether they can infect one another even the health experts. He stated that whatever we know about the virus is based on what we have read.*

*He mentioned that the guidelines suggest how the country can still move the education sector forward =even in the face of this pandemic*

*“We don’t want to make it (proposal) known at this period so that some people will not take our proposal for the guidelines for schools reopening.*

*He kicked against the idea of some states reopening schools and others making plans to reopen schools in their states as it is against the guidelines of the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).*

*The vice-chairman of the panel, Senator Akon Eyakenyi, who presided over the meeting, expressed the fears that the academic calendar could be distorted in public schools where no visible arrangement was being made to teach the children at home unlike their counterparts in private schools.*
