- Modern with a cultural twist – Glass, steel, and marble but with subtle Igbo-inspired patterns or motifs.
- Eco-smart design – Solar panels, vertical gardens, and a rainwater collection system.
- Grand entrance– Huge LED screen showing past events, partners, ambassadors, and staff highlights.
- Guagge Signature Arch – An iconic landmark at the gate or rooftop like Apple’s spaceship campus, but “Guagge-ified”.

1. Reception + Experience Gallery
- Interactive showcase of Guagge’s best events.
- VR stations to “walk through” past weddings, concerts, galas.
