Renewed Hope Estate:Uptop Design and Homes in Mega Partnership with Federal Government.

In a landmark partnership with the Federal Government, Uptop Design and Homes is set to deliver 1,000 housing units in Abuja. The project, spearheaded by the company's CEO, Hon. Joshua Adejoh, includes the construction of 3-bedroom flats, 4-bedroom terrace duplexes, and 4-bedroom fully detached duplexes.

The Federal Government through the Ministry of Housing endorsed the company based on its proven track record and capacity for timely delivery. Under the terms of the partnership, the government provided the land, while Uptop Design and Homes took charge of construction. The estate will sit on nine hectares of land in the Lugbe district of Abuja, sharing boundaries with UHUTU, MSHEL, and BILAAD estates. Its strategic location is designed to cater to all classes of citizens.

As a low-cost housing initiative, the project aims to make home ownership accessible to the average Nigerian. Interested buyers can subscribe now and pay in installments. Prices will be strictly determined by the Federal Government.

During a site inspection, the company's CEO, Hon. Joshua Adejoh, accompanied by his friend Hon. Idoko Jonathan Okone, expressed satisfaction with the progress of the first phase, which involves site clearing. Block work is scheduled to begin next week.
