I feel bad whenever I don't pay them fast enough.😞
For 15 months straight, I have never missed paying for Canva Pro.
In fact, I feel bad whenever I delay renewing my subscription.
You know why?
Because I am convinced that the value they offer me is way more than the money I pay them.
And that is the highest point of branding.
As a business, that is the hight you should strive to get to.
The point where people know that they are the ones losing if they stop doing business with you.
How do you achieve this?
In my book, Branding for Fashion Entrepreneurs, I point out that branding is the ability of a business to keep their promises. Deliver above your promises. That is one way.
Secondly, treat your customers like a million bucks.
They should never have to wonder if you value them or not. They should believe with all their heart that you put them above everything else. So, great Customer service is another way.
The third is, give them a reason to come back.
Place your customers on a subscription package where they can continuously get your services at a rate that they consider a great deal.
For example, a customer can do a 6-month, 500k subscription where they get 7 outfits within that period of their subscription.
This ensures that you increase the Lifetime value of the customer and maintain predictable income.
