SUNDAY MARKETING BITES
1. As you fix the price for your products or services, let it be proportionate to the quality and satisfaction it will provide the customer. If a disparity exists between your price and the quality of service or products you have provided, especially if the quality is below expectations, it will be almost impossible to get repeat customers.
2. Depending on how good your marketing is, they will buy from you the first time irrespective of how high the price is, but may never return if the satisfaction from your product or service doesn't match the quoted price. And 95% of them will never tell you, they just walk away.
3. While the price may bring in new customers, only quality service will keep them. These days, customer experience is King ๐ .
4. Some of you will be calling your customers every day to check up on them before they buy from you or contract you for a service, sending them messages, but immediately after they buy, you stop calling, you stop checking up on them, and you never call or text again to even get feedback on how they are faring with the product or service you sold them.
5. In marketing, communication is key. Don't forget, the day your customers stop seeing or hearing from you, you start dying in their hearts.
6. You will see a woman selling food, for instance, the first time you visit her canteen to eat, she will almost lie down for you. You will begin to get the feeling of being a king ๐ or queen ๐ธ๐ฟbecause of how you're treated, but come back two or three times afterwards and see the difference. The same woman will not even greet you when you walk in not to mention offer you a seat. Stop it today.
7. The same way you value new customers, value old ones too because they are actually the ones keeping you in business.
8. The truth is, if your business goes down today it's most likely not because you stopped acquiring new customers, but because old ones stopped buying from you. As a certified marketer, I can tell you for a fact that it costs at least 10 times more in marketing to acquire a new customer than it would cost to market to an existing one.
9. Do you want your business to grow fast beyond your imagination? Start Taking care of your old customers. Make them feel appreciated for ever buying from you. Make them feel you're genuinely interested in their happiness, their progress, and their growth. Show them care and them go carry your matter for head.

1. Grab a piece of paper now and list out all the names and phone numbers of people who have bought something from you or patronised your services.
2. Send each of them a personalised message on WhatsApp or SMS.
Remember, don't send a bulk message, send a personalised message with the person's (or business) name in it. If the person is a business, mention their business name.
