We want to make it abundantly clear to the general Public that, Astute Solutions & Consulting Firm Ltd NEVER at any point in time or place ESTABLISHED or CO-ESTABLISHED study centre of Novelty Polytechnic in Ibadan, Lagos, Ogun State or any where in any part of the world.

For the purpose of clarity, the Ibadan Study Centre of Novelty Polytechnic was established pursuat to a letter dated 17th June, 2021, Lagos study centers and Ogun State study centres were all established pursuant to letters dated 16th August, 2021. EMPHASIS ON DATE. (See copies of letters attached)

Owing to tremendous successes recorded by Astute Solutions in the management of the study centre under its care, and given to its professional savvy, dexterity and accumulated knowledge in the sector, the Founder/Proprietor of Novelty Polytechnic – Dr. Salami Abdul Ganiyu - on 18th April, 2022 appointed Astute Solutions & Consulting Firm Ltd as the MANAGING DIRECTOR for the Novelty Polytechnic Limited and the Novelty International Academy Limited (See attached copies of Appointment Letters)

On 25th December, 2020, representatives of Astute Solutions & consulting Firm Ltd appeared before the Governing Council of Novelty Polytechnic, Kishi to defend a 14-page proposal for the establishment & Management of Abuja Study Centre of Novelty Polytechnic, Kishi.

On 29th December, 2020, Novelty Polytechnic, Kishi and Astute Solutions & consulting Firm Ltd signed PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT for the establishment and management of Abuja study Centre of Novelty Polytechnic.

On 1st January, 2021, Novelty Polytechnic, Kishi issued APPROVAL/AUTHORITY LETTER to Astute Solutions & Consulting Firm Ltd

On 25th - 26th February, 2022, Rector of Novelty Polytechnic, Kishi visited the Abuja/Minna study centre for accreditation exercise which Novelty Polytechnic asserted to be "in line with NBTE guidelines" for the establishment of study/Outreach centres and satellite campus.

On 16th December, 2021, Astute Solutions & Consulting Firm Ltd paid One Hundred Thousand Naira (N100,000) each into Novelty Polytechnic Account Number: 1011125874 with Keystone Bank as approval fee for Minna and Bida Study Centres.
