Position: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to drive growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and creating long-term value for the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
• Analyze client needs and industry challenges to tailor our services effectively.
2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Develop and implement a proactive lead generation strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Utilize various channels, including networking events, conferences, and digital platforms, to generate leads.
3. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
4. Proposal Development and Presentation:
• Collaborate with the delivery team to develop compelling proposals that address client requirements.
• Conduct presentations and pitch our services to potential clients, demonstrating the value proposition of ACL*D Global Consulting Ltd
5. Strategic Planning:
• Contribute to the development of the company's strategic plan by providing insights on market trends and client needs.
• Collaborate with the Managing Consultant, Team leads and the leadership team to set ambitious but achievable business development goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record of success in business development within the consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of the [industry/sector] and key market drivers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
