Highlight:

MAVCMS is known for its capacity in farm management, professionalism in Agric Value Chain Development and Mechanization . Today we visited land of our Client that we agreed to be the consulting partner. The visit was meant to understand the topography of the land, the soil nature and it's fertility, the type of crop to be planted and the strategy to deploy machineries and equipment for easy operation.

The dream of the Chairman of the Company Dr. Edwin Uche who is also the National President of Maize Growers, Processors and Marketers Association of Nigeria is to support this company to be one of the best Agric Value Chain Company in Nigeria.

FARM INPUTS SUPPLY AND SENSITIZATION

Highlight:

Magpaman Agric Value Chain and Mechanization Services Ltd have started the distribution of farm inputs to the 27 Local Government of Imo State. This is to ensure that Maize Farmers in the State have started Maize production so as to meet up with the federal Government CBN Anchor Borrowers Programme (ABP) 2021 farming season.

However, the Maize Growers, Processors and Marketers Association of Nigeria Imo state chapter alongside Magpaman Value Chain Company which will provide technical support to the Farmers distributed 20kg of Hybrid Maize Seeds, 4 bags of NPK Fertilizer, 2 bags of Urea Fertilizer, 3 bottles of Micronutrients, 2 bottles of Insecticides, 4 Bottles of Herbicides, 4 sachets of Aflasafe and 1 knapsack sprayer machine to each Local Government Respectively. The L.G.As that received their inputs are; Aboh-Mbaise and Ngor-Okpala. Distribution continue Monday next week.

The Farmers Groups were also sensitized on the used of Maize Threshing Machine and Planter Machine for easy Mechanization..!

At Ogun State for Farmland on the spot assessment to understand the terrain and what need to be deployed for the CBN Anchor Borrowers Program 2021 wet season Maize Farming.

However, the General Manager Amb. Umar Yakubu Doshiro commended the efforts of Ogun State Chairman of MAGPAMAN Mr. Ahmed and the MAGPAMAN National Secretary Mr. Shola for their commitment to secure the 2,000 Hectares of land in the state.

The GM also paid a visit to the site where the state government kept some tractors to see how the state can support the program with Tractors to ease Mechanization through constructive partnership.
