STRENGTHENING PROJECT DELIVERY & SAFETY CULTURE AT SOW PROJECTS AFRICA — PHASE 1 COMPLETE

We are pleased to have successfully concluded Phase 1 of our strategic consulting engagement with the Engineering & Technical Team of **SOW Projects Africa**, a fast-growing real estate and construction company committed to delivering quality projects and continuously improving its operations.
This phase focused on strengthening capabilities in:

✅ Communication, Teamwork & Professional Development
The engagement went beyond classroom training. Through practical sessions, interactive discussions, real-life construction case studies, mentoring, and experience sharing, participants explored solutions tailored to the realities of project delivery within Nigeria's construction industry.
Key areas of emphasis included detailed project planning, effective use of site diaries, data capture and analysis, quality management, risk management, and fostering a proactive safety culture across project sites.
A major highlight was the enthusiasm and curiosity of the engineers and technicians, whose insightful questions and practical contributions enriched every session and reflected a genuine commitment to raising project delivery standards.
We also had meaningful conversations on **Mental Health for Construction Professionals**, highlighting the importance of managing workplace pressure, maintaining work-life balance, and sustaining productivity in demanding project environments.
We are excited that Phase 2 will focus on the design and implementation of a Project Management Office (PMO) Framework tailored to SOW Projects Africa. This will strengthen project governance, standardize processes, improve reporting systems, integrate QA/QC and HSE into project ex*****on, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
