One of the greatest misconceptions in entrepreneurship is believing that because a company is registered, it automatically becomes a business.
It doesn't.
A registered company is simply a legal entity. A business is a system that consistently creates value regardless of who is physically present.
Many founders confuse activity with sustainability. Because the office is busy… Because money is coming in… Because customers keep buying… They assume they've built an institution.
