POSITION: Human Resource Manager
LOCATION: Abuja
We need a smart young mind to take charge of the Human Resource Development within our organization.
We need a process oriented, but results driven individual that knows how to ensure staff function at optimum levels, and complaints are well managed.
Remuneration:
• 200,000 post-probation.
• 150,000 during probation.
Probation lasts 3 months or less, depending on employee grasp of the job description.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- At least a B.Sc/HND
- Minimum 2 Years HR Experience
- Proven Team Management Experience
- Knowledge of the Hospitality Industry
- Certifications are a bonus
JOB SCHEDULE :
• Full-time job.
• Available to work for at least a year.
• Office hours Monday-Friday, 8 am-6 pm
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Willing to administer penalties when offenses are committed and rules breached.
