Please, what is the essence of an holiday or school break? Most especially this August holiday/school break for students? 🤔🤔

I don't understand the craze for these so called holiday or summer lessons... 🥴🥴 (Summer in Nigeria? I don't understand! 🤣🤣)
Well, my kids are going no where.🥴🥴

They'll enjoy this break with me, learning about basic things around the house and much more. But going close to any school or lesson house during this holiday is a no no.🙅🏿‍♀️

Most times, we don't have to follow the trend because others are doing it. I hope you understand what I am communicating to you here? 🤷🏿‍♀️. Every family and child is different. Don't conform to friends or societal pressure. 🙅🏿‍♀️🙅🏿‍♀️
My daughters just got to understand how difficult it is to wash bitter leaf for all the many soups they enjoys. 😁❤️✌️

Growing up, I have always had the notion that people from my place are natural sturdy. And I without remorse rode on this misconception through teenage hood until that fateful morning, the fallacy was dismantled by the stamina and vigour of a lady like me. 🥶🥶

During my NYSC year in Daura Katsina State, I was paired with this babe on low cut. One could have thought she is a transgender if not for her breast size and buttocks (not body shaming please).
I had always wondered why she kept her pots and containers close to the door but what do I know? Her intimidating presence makes me fidget a times and I couldn't tell her to adjust and make space for the room to be well arranged, and coupled with the fact that I was the smallest in the school corpers lodge. Her pidgin makes me hallucinate and feel I'm a girl in a Nollywood movie squatting with an area boy. 😁😁

I had cooked beans the night before but needed to chunk it down with a good dose of soured garri before heading to the classroom that morning. When you get to a certain age (24-36), you reach a point where you no longer need more friends. What you need are more mentors. The reason you are getting tormented financially is because you have no mentors relationally. Find someone who can show you the way. Even Christ our Lord and Saviour, had John The Baptist. Who do you have? Friends that only want to talk about dating, clubbing and balling. Is that not how some people followed Hushpuppi to jail? Follow a mentor whose source of income is legit and known and you will repeat his or her outcome
