Two failed launches taught me one important lesson.
At the time, I didn't know it.
After my first launch failed, I thought I needed a better offer.
After my second launch failed, I thought maybe I needed a different niche.
So I did what many coaches do.
I looked for another strategy.
Another training.
Another piece of advice.
Another thing to fix.
But nothing changed.
The truth was that I was focusing on the wrong problem.
I kept trying to improve what happened after people became interested.
But very few people were becoming interested in the first place.
That was the real issue.
I didn't have a predictable way to attract coaching students.
I didn't have a predictable way to generate inquiries.
And I didn't have a predictable way to start enrollment conversations.
Everything depended on chance.
Hope.
And inconsistent marketing activities.
Once I realized that, my entire approach changed.
Instead of chasing more tactics, I focused on building a client acquisition process.
Instead of guessing what to do next, I focused on creating a system.
That lesson eventually became the foundation of what I now call the Predictable Client Acquisition System™.
And it changed everything.
Sometimes the breakthrough you're looking for isn't another strategy.
Sometimes it's solving the right problem.
What's one lesson business has taught you the hard way?
