π Say: βI notice Iβm overthinking.β
π Prayer: βLord, open my eyes to see my thoughts clearly and give me peace over them.β
π¬ Affirmation: βI am not my thoughts. I can step back and find calm.β
β¨ Step 2 β Write & Release
π Write your worries down, then say: βI release this from my mind.β
π Prayer: βLord, I give You every burden I carry. Take them from me.β
π¬ Affirmation: βMy worries do not control me. I choose peace.β
β¨ Step 3 β Worry Time
β³ Set 15 mins in the evening just for worrying.
π Prayer: βLord, teach me to set healthy boundaries in my mind.β
π¬ Affirmation: βI am in control of my thoughts, not the other way around.β
β¨ Step 4 β Breathe & Ground

β¨ Step 6 β Gratitude Reset
πΈ Write 3 things youβre grateful for (morning + night).

π Before bed, read Psalm 23 or 91 and release your worries.
