*SILENT PRIDE*
{A Must Read}

I have been in ministry for quite some time now, and have taken time to study my life and the life of others.

I have studied the scriptures and discovered *ONE MAJOR THING that GOD HATES*, is *PRIDE* Ps 40 vs4.😭

PRIDE is in two categories, the VOICED PRIDE and the SILENT PRIDE.

I would love you to read this article with all BROKENNESS of heart.

Bible clearly stated that *GOD RESISTS THE PROUD. James 4vs6 * That's one verse in the Bible I FEAR most. Imagine a MINISTER that GOD is resisting his ministry, Imagine a Person that God is resisting his life.

*IF GOD is RESISTING you, who can ASSIST YOU?*

Listen! your MINISTRY will never grow more than it is now if you ARE A VICTIM OF GOD'S RESISTANCE. *and anyone WHO partners with YOUR MINISTRY will also PARTNER in your MISERY.*

The worst case of PRIDE is to be PROUD and you don't EVEN KNOW.

Hmmmmmmm. SILENT PRIDE. This I see in the LIFE of some persons, especially young Ministers, and I cry.

*SILENT PRIDE* is when you CLIMB THE PULPIT to preach and you want to prove to someone how powerful you can preach.

*SILENT PRIDE* is when you can't commend others in ministry, because you feel you are bringing yourself down by doing that.

*SILENT PRIDE* is when others commend and honour you, and you feel you are better than them.

*SILENT PRIDE* is when you are Rebuked, and deep down your heart, you feel bad and offended, but can't express it.

*SILENT PRIDE* is when a fellow or junior minister is Teaching, and says a word that is new to u, but you couldn't write it down, because you felt they will think you don't know.

*SILENT PRIDE is when men honour and commend you, and you reply *ALL GLORY TO GOD,* but deep down in your heart *you Stole the Glory.*

*SILENT PRIDE* is when you attend a programme, and you were not introduced, then your face changes.

*SILENT PRIDE* is when you share a testimony, and begin with *BY THE GRACE OF GOD,* but actually you didn't mean it.

*SILENT PRIDE* is when you had a programme, that was attended by 5 persons, and u feel bad as if God had not done anything but the one attended by 50 or more persons you post on social media so that people will see that u are powerful and can pull crowd, Calm down my brother, ministry is bigger than that.

*SILENT PRIDE* is when you are no longer open to the rebuke of the HOLY SPIRIT.

*SILENT PRIDE* is when you paste the HANDBILL of your programme on Facebook, so you can show to other ministers that you are also busy with Programmes.

*SILENT PRIDE* is when you colonise a Revelation, as though u brought it forth. *it is called revelation, Because it was revealed.*

*SILENT PRIDE* is when you become proud with your encounters and words you heard from God. *If God speaks to you, please be humble in sharing it to HIS PEOPLE*

*SILENT PRIDE* is when other minister of God is praying and u couldn't close ur eyes or say Amen cos u feel u are more holy and spirit filled

*SILENT PRIDE* is when you are HUMBLY PROUD.

*SILENT PRIDE* is when you are reading this post and still struggling with it.

What have you actually done that you are beginning to boast. You have too many persons around you CLAPPING FOR YOU. it's DANGEROUS my friend.*

If you must get to the highest realm in God and in MINISTRY, you must completely destroy the *DEMON CALLED PRIDE.*

PRIDE is making an attempt to lift up yourself above Gods throne. The Devil tried it and he didn't go free. *You won't escape too😨*

Rend your heart sir, kill your pride ma.

Tell the LORD TO BREAK YOU DOWN. you can't afford to be GODS ENEMY because of the DEMON CALLED PRIDE.

*You can't afford to be RESISTED BY GOD.*

what ever God is doing through you now, dont personalize it. ITS A PRIVILEGE SIR/MA

An ANGEL appeared to a brother SOME YEARS AGO when he started enjoying somethings in Ministry, and said to him *""ERNEST PAUL you are proud, and it has built a mountain against your Ministry.""* When he woke up, he argued with the Lord. *Because he was so sure of his Humility.* But the Lord opened his eyes to see his SILENT PRIDE. He cried and asked for mercy and repented.

Maybe that's your case too, you are so sure of your HUMILITY. But why not allow the LORD to SEARCH YOU. you may just be a VICTIM OF SILENT PRIDE.

CRY UNTO D LORD NOW.

ASK THE LORD TO SEARCH YOU.

DEAL WITH SILENT PRIDE IN YOU BEFORE IT DEALS WITH YOU.

God bless you as you take an account of your life today and make amends.

*THE ACID TEST OF GOD'S WILL*

Wrong relationships can ruin you. You can't afford to pick the wrong spouse. If it is not God's will and you end up marrying them, you are doomed! Marrying the wrong person is as serious as that.

What most singles call God's will today is nothing but exercise in foolishness, ignorance, spiritual apathy and the stubbornness to marry someone everyone knows is not good for them. Once some singles are hell bent on marrying the wrong spouse, they announce he/she is God's will for them meaning "Don't object, this is the person I want to marry."

Others genuinely want to marry God's will but do not know how to hear God or recognize His voice when choosing whom to marry. Will they hear thunder from heaven? Should they see a prophet? Would it be through dream, vision or a trance? Would it be the still small voice? How can you know the person you want to marry is God's will for you?

1. *PEACE OF MIND*: The acid test of God's will is peace. Peace of mind and heart in the relationship. You also have joy and a convincing assurance deep down in your heart that they are meant for you. You are fully convinced and no amount of opposition can deter you. If you lack peace and inner joy in your relationship, it is not God's will.

2. *YOU ARE BOTH COMPATIBLE*: Amos 3:3 says, "can two walk together except they agree?" If you do not see eye to eye spiritually, socially, mentally, physically, emotionally and financially, it is not God's will. You may not totally agree in all these areas but the agreement should far outweigh the disagreement, argument, fight and conflict.

3: *YOU HAVE POSITIVE DREAMS ABOUT THE PERSON:* If you are a person who dreams, your dream about this person will be positive and give you peace. But confirm with another method because dreams can be 'funny'.

*_A dream comes when there are many cares, and many words mark the speech of a fool - Eccl. 5:3_*

4: *POSITIVE VISION*: The devil use this a lot so I don't usually recommend it as the only way to prove God's will. Other criteria must be met. If God has not been speaking to you through vision, he won't suddenly do so now that you want to marry.

5: *PEOPLE APPROVAL*: Those who are close to you, who genuinely care about you and are godly will approve your choice. The approval will far outweigh disapproval. God speaks through the multitude of counsellors _"...in the multitude of counsellors there is safety."_ If everyone around you do not approve your choice of a partner including your parents, siblings, close relatives, fathers and mothers in the Lord and mentors, something is wrong.

6: *AUDIBLE VOICE:* The devil also speak through the audible voice so be careful. If you hear it clearly that they are the one and you have peace and joy, you are on the right track.

Know this: God will always speak to you the same way he had always spoken to you. If you are not used to hearing God, you will have a hard time locating His will for marriage.

Before you look for a life partner, settle your relationship with God. Learn to pray, study and obey His word. Little by little, as you show obedience, He will lead and guide you to the next phase of your life.

All the avenues of hearing God can be counterfeited by the devil. Countless people have picked spouses they thought was God's will but was Satan's trap! There is one sure avenue Satan can not counterfeit, PEACE. Inner peace not affected by circumstances and oppositions. Satan can't give you peace. So if you lack peace, joy and deep seated assurance from the depth of your heart that that person is yours, it is not God's will.

The bottom line is this: have a deep relationship with the Father. Not a quickie relationship because you want to marry. He says "my sheep hears my voice...." you can't hear him if he is not your shepherd.

Obey Him on daily basis and learn to follow His instructions, leading and guidance. With time, you get used to how He speaks to you and you will find it easy to pick the right spouse for you.
