Where to look for motivation? 💪
Many people justify their inaction by lack of motivation. Well, we have bad news: motivation cannot be obtained from outside, found, taken, stolen or lost.
But there is good news: motivation can be formed. There are a lot of techniques to help keep personal motivation on the level, and some of them we will share with you today. Let's go 🚀
1. Rejoice in every little victory
When you mark each, even the smallest achievement, the right, positive setup arises in your head to do bigger and better.
2. Allow yourself a well-deserved rest
If during work you can't spend a minute on rest - the quality of work is reduced. Go on vacation, at least for 2 days and forget about work. Come back with new forces and ideas.
3. An alternative to emptiness
If there is no desire to work, then just do nothing. Sit, look at the ceiling, look at your fingers. Don't read books, don't eat, don't check social networks. You'll definitely want to get to work out of boredom.
4. Put small tasks together
And solve them as quickly as possible. Ten unfinished small things can spend our energy more than one major task.
5. Concentrate
Put down your phone if you don't need it for work, turn off all notifications and focus completely on work. Dive into what is happening here and now.
6. Love your business
Find a job you love to do and do it well. This is one of the secrets of success.
