Thank you so much for taking the stress off business owners by helping them register their company.

The query you respond to especially when your client doesn't know what to write as nature of business and they are not ready to listen to you when you tell them the right thing, to going up and down CAC just because you want to get the company registered in due time.

But there is one thing I'll appreciate you do for your clients.....

Please don't just register business for them and leave them without telling them the next process to do.

Processes like Obtaining Tax Identification Number from FIRS and filling of annual returns yearly with CAC are things you should tell them about.

Majority of those business owners had to register another company because of the penalty already on the business name registered from FIRS & CAC.... Imagine a business that was registered since 2004 and has never filled annual returns, the penalty is #2500 plus the normal annual returns of #1000. The consultant helping with the filling will also charge service charge.

Let's leave service charge aside, that will be #3500×16 years!

I got a call yesterday afternoon....

Caller: My name is Olaide, please am I speaking with Mr Vincent?
