Post UTME Form 2023/2024
As the academic year progresses, many universities and colleges in Nigeria are now releasing their Post-UTME admission screening forms for the 2023/2024 academic session.

If you are a prospective candidate, it is essential to stay informed and get your application in on time.

In Nigeria, most universities and some other higher education institutions conduct either Post-UTME or Screening exercise for candidates seeking admission into their various programs.

However, the specific admission process may differ from institution to institution.

Some universities may conduct Post-UTME exams which involve the testing of candidates on their knowledge of the subjects they intend to study.

While some other institutions may conduct a screening exercise which may involve the assessment of a candidate’s O’level results and UTME score.

Therefore, it is not accurate to say that all schools do Post-UTME or screening.

What is Post UTME?
Post-UTME (Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination) is a screening test that Nigerian universities and colleges use to evaluate prospective candidates’ eligibility for admission into their various institutions.

It is a mandatory requirement for every candidate seeking admission into any Nigerian university or college, and it is usually conducted after the UTME (Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination).

JAMB has announced 19th July 2023 as the latest commencement date for the sales of the 2023/2024 Post UTME form for all schools in Nigeria.

This means that all schools will start selling their 2023 Post UTME Form officially from 19th July 2023.

Admission to your preferred tertiary institution is contingent on your achievement in the screening exam or aptitude test. However, some Nigerian schools do not hold Post UTME aptitude tests. For screening, they use JAMB results and O’level result grades.
