So I was scrolling through the internet today and ran into a page profile dealing on fashionable wears.... Well so sad to say this but my first impression was instant repulsion🤧🤧.......I wasn't motivated in any way to scroll through the profile and see what is there to offer........

So here's the point👇👇👇

LEARN TO OPTIMIZE YOUR PROFILE PAGE

One of the things that can make it easier for your target audience to "find" your page is a well organised and optimised profile.

Your business name should not be too long and complicated. You should ensure you include niche related keywords on your profile. Your bio should be descriptive; it should tell what you do, who you do it for and the problem you are solving.

Remember we are in a generation where our attention span is held for only about two seconds and if what is seen is not attention catching enough.... Take it from me you have lost a prospect and will keep losing more

Jesus Christ sold the Kingdom of God and a group of people bought it, today they are called christians.

Your pastors sold doctrines and orderliness and you pay attention and bought into it.

Footballers come into an arena and sold entertainment to us and we bought it and became fans.

I'm Ofor Chinaecherem Victoria, also known as Thesalesempress. I am a sales and marketing coach.

I be 'omo igbo' from Anambra state, but i get this you look like calabar a lot😂😂. You might be wondering, 'How did she end up as a sales and marketing coach ??'

Naso I see am oo. Lemme cut the story short so I won't bore you😂

While in school I ran a couple of businesses, I'm still trying to see the business I did not do.... Lol.....some people called me a 'multipreneur'.....I was everywhere basically.

One thing was constant!! None of them lasted. When i decided to leverage on social media instead I ended up frustrated.... It was like I was there and nobody was seeing me🤧

As a relentless person that I am, I decided to find out what I was doing wrong, how I could run my business successfully and so, I started learning , started taking courses, started investing tirelessly in knowledge.

They paid off greatly!!!

I decided that I will impact the knowledge I have gathered into as many small businesses as possible because I saw how much a lot of business owners struggle here.

I'm not stopping anytime soon because I have not even started oo.......So, stay tuned!! I am just getting started !!

Creating contents can be hard at times. This is why I always advise that you create your contents in batch as a business owner.

Your audience deserve the best from you!!

You should also save yourself the stress and rush of last minute content creation.

Follow the 4 important steps I am about to share with you religiously and see how easy content creation will be for you.....

1. RESEARCH - Do not be lazy to actually make research.
Conduct surveys from time to time by asking your audience what they are struggling with/ the type of contents they would like to see

Create contents in line with their response.

You can also check platforms like Pinterest, Quora or Answerthepublic to get ideas on topics to work on.

Also check to see what the big names in your niche are doing.

2. TAKE NOTES - As a business owner, I expect you to have notepads for different aspects of your business , including one for content creation.

You tend to get more ideas when you have them written down.

You can also easily refer back to your note in case anything happens in the process of your content creation.

God forbid that your phone formats before you put your content out..... you will Now be running kitikiti.... We don't want that☺

3. CREATE - It's time to put your ideas into suitable formats.

By now you should know the format your audience relate so well with. Is it infographics, videos, reels, images ??

Whatever they respond better to, use that format often.

Leave your comfort zone. Become versatile so your audience can get the best out of you!!

4. POST - You've finished cooking, will you leave it in the pot?? How are we going to know if the food is sweet or not???

Post that content!!!

Stop thinking of the what if's . "what if I get low likes? " " what if I am criticized?" bla bla blah

You will never know until you post!!

Write your caption to capture hearts🤗. Add a CTA that will compel action. Post that CONTENT !!!
